Medium
Duty Grating:
For medium load bearing capacity, with cross bar as the size
that of the bearing bar. In some cases both the cross bar
& bearing bar are notched for proper weldability and fit
up. The centre pitch maintained between the laying of cross
bar & bearing can be of following
Serrated
Grating:
These are Anti Skid grattings which are slip proof applying
to severe environment like those on oil rigs, ship decks,
offshore platforms, ship repairing or aeronautical hangers
to reduce friction caused due to slippage of oil or petroleum.
Cut
out Gratings :
Certain applications demand cut out gratings with irregular
shapes to support or pave ways for towers, beams & other
structures or rquipments.
Radial
Grating :
Circular grating surrounding cracking towers, chimney, pressure,
vessels and storage tanks.
Stairway
Treads :
used as walking slabs in ladder for towers, chimneys, silos,
ships, containers, etc.
Heavy
Duty Gratings :
Manufactured from load bearing bars in various sized sections
ranging from 50 to 100 mm at 30, 35, 40mm pitch with cross
bar of 10/12 mm Tor bar welded to load bearing bar at 50/100
mm pitch. Similarly any type of grating to be fabricated as
per custom built.
