Cut to Length Line:
For coil of 0.5 mm to 20 mm thick, width 100 mm to 2000 mm.Weldor pioneer in sheet metal forming machines have pleasure to introduce following machines to cater demand of customers:

A) cut to length line
B) slitting line
C) roll forming line

Weldor offers wide range of cut to length line for various materials which useful to cut sheet of required size from the coil. The coil width will be from 100 mm to 2000 mm and thickness varies from 0.1 mm to 20 mm. The coil weight handled from 100 kgs. To 25 tons with line speed from 5 mtr./minute to 90 mtr. / minute.

The line is useful to :

· Steel processing house
· Rolling mill and allied customer for their own products

Material can process on our cut to length line are h.r. / c. R., Mild steel coils, stainless steel coils, aluminium coil, crgo coils, copper / brass coils.

The line consist of different type of levellers / precision levellers depending upon thickness and type of material. The customer has choice to select measuring unit from simple stopper type of plc / cnc servo controlled devices.

A combination line is also offered with modular units to perform trimming, slitting, punching, folding or forming operation. Due to this high production is achieved in short duration of time.

Other products are mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic press brake, guillotine shearing machine, power press, trimming & blanking press, hydraulic double action deep drawing press,
Perforating press, perforated sheets & cold rolled formed metal sections.

Slitting Line :
For coil of 0. 5 mm to 20 mm thickness and width from 100 mm to 2000 mm & weight varies from 500 kgs to 20000 kgs. Weldor pioneer in sheet metal forming machines have pleasure to introduce following machines to cater demand of customers:

A) cut to length line
B) slitting line
C) roll forming line

Weldor offers wide range of slitting line to meet customer's demand. The line is useful to slit the coil of various width from 100 mm to 2000 mm having thickness of 0.1 mm to 20 mm. The coil weight from 100 kgs. To 25 tons will be handled, and line speed achieved from 5 mtr./minute to 90 mtr./minute.

The line is useful to :

Material can process on our slitting line are h.r. / c. R., Mild steel coils, stainless steel coils, aluminium coil, crgo coils, copper / brass coils.

The line is so designed to meet customer's production requirement. The line is consist of coil loading and unloading, quick change cutters arrangement, tensioner unit, debbering unit, recoiling, slitted coil packing / straping devices.

With above customer has wide range of selection of slitting line.
