WELDOR double pinch section bending machine is designed for bending section such as flat bar ,square bars, T-section, angles, channels, round bars, round pipes, square pipes in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and other alloy materials. Double pinch pre-bending machine with independent hydraulic adjustment of both side rolls. Large, high strength steel shafts, rotating in high-dynamic dual roller bearings for optimum performance and efficiency. Modular components universal tooling, in high-grade steel, hardened and wear resistant, adjustable to create the required grooves to fit the profiles to be formed. Machine operated in both vertical and horizontal positions, according with production needs.
